This two-day course focuses on innovative approaches to cost-in-use in popular snacking categories such as sweet biscuits, chocolate confectionery & bakery.
Participants will explore the latest developments for maintaining taste, texture, and consumer appeal while reducing cocoa ingredients cost-in-use.
Day 1 - During this course you will experience:
Cocoa fundamentals (cocoa origins, and processing) educational session.
A behind-the-scenes tour of our deZaan cocoa processing factory.
Cocoa ingredients workshop in sensory labs (3 sessions including; technical, tasting and color).
Lots of tasty samples of our cocoa in application.
Dinner in Amsterdam city.
Day 2 -
Cocoa trading and pricing educational session.
The latest market trends and insights in Snacking, including Sweet Biscuits, Chocolate Confectionery & Bakery.
Cocoa ingredients in innovative concepts, including cost-in-use in snacking concepts.
Hands on workshop and co-creation with our chefs and culinary experts.
You will also receive a certificate of completion.
