  • 106g All-purpose Flour
  • 195g Sugar
  • 21g deZaan D11S Cocoa Powder
  • 1.5g Baking powder
  • 1g Salt
  • 96g Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 17g Water
  • 62g Egg
  • 2g Vanilla extract
Methode
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 6-inch round pan and line with parchment paper
  2. Mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Mix together sugar, melted butter, and water in a large bowl.
  4. Mix together egg and vanilla flavor/vanillin. Stir it into the sugar and butter mixture.
  5. Add the flour mixture. Fold together until the ingredients are just combined, no longer.
  6. Add 400g batter to the prepared pan. Discard remainder.
  7. Bake - Convection oven : 21 min, 350°F, Fan 2. 11. Standard oven/non convection : 25 minutes, 350°F.
  8. Brownie should be firm in the center when done.
