Ingredients
  • 44g deZaan Terra Rossa Cocoa Powder
  • 24g Cocoa Butter
  • 190g Whole Milk
  • 35g Brown Sugar
  • 2g Salt
  • 2g Vanilla Paste
Method
  1. Gently melt the cocoa butter in a small saucepan, then remove from the heat and blend in the cocoa powder.
  2. In a separate pan, bring the milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla just to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Emulsify the milk into the cocoa powder mixture in three batches.
