- 25 ml Brandy
- 150 ml Einzelcreme
- 15 g brauner Zucker
- 15 g Kakaopulver (True Gold)
- 4 g Maismehl

- In einem Topf Sahne, Brandy und alle trockenen Zutaten hinzufügen. Gründlich verquirlen, bis alles gut vermischt ist.
- 1 Minute zum Kochen bringen.
- Nehmen Sie die Hitze ab und gießen Sie sie in eine gekühlte Schüssel, um einen schnelleren Abkühlvorgang zu ermöglichen.
- Nach dem Abkühlen über Eis gießen.
- Genießen Sie mit einigen Schokoladenspänen oder Kakaonibs einen intensiveren Kakaogeschmack.
