- 125 ml Doppelcreme
- 30 ml Orangensaft
- 75 g Puderzucker
- 50 g Butter
- 2 g gemahlener Ingwer
- 1 g gemahlener Zimt
- 30g Kakaopulver - True Dark
- In einem Topf Sahne, Zucker und Gewürze hinzufügen. Unter ständigem Rühren zum Kochen bringen.
- Nehmen Sie die Hitze ab, fügen Sie das Kakaopulver und die Butter hinzu. Rühren, bis alle Zutaten gut vermischt sind.
- In einen Vorratsbehälter oder in die gewünschte Form gießen.
Kann für Füllungen oder Beschichtungen verwendet werden (oder versuchen Sie sogar, 10 g bis 200 ml Latte-Basis für einen Mokka-Latte hinzuzufügen).
