Cocoa Sorbet
Ingredients
Method- 750g Water
- 350g Sugar
- 2g Sea Salt
- 150g Glucose Syrup
- 200g deZaan Terra Rosa Cocoa Powder
- Combine the water, sugar, and salt in a pan and bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar and salt have dissolved.
- Remove from the heat and blend in the glucose and cocoa powder.
- Chill the sorbet base overnight.
- Churn into sorbet in an ice cream machine.
