Part 1: Chocolate Syrup
Ingredients
Method- 35g Cocoa Powder - Terra Rossa
- 50g Caster Sugar
- 3g (1 tsp) Liquid Glucose
- 150ml Water
- In a saucepan, add 100ml of the water, sugar and liquid glucose. Stir to incorporate ingredients.
- Heat to 110ºC (on a medium heat) being careful not to create a caramel.
- Take off the heat, and add the cocoa powder and 50ml of water and stir thoroughly.
- Add mixture back to the heat. Bring back to a boil stirring continuously to create a smooth paste.
- Remove from the heat and pour into a heat-proof container. Allow to cool before use.
- To make chocolate milk: add 10ml of chocolate syrup to 200ml of milk.


Part 2: Serving
Ingredients
Method- 2 tbsp of chocolate milk syrup
- 200ml whole milk
- Place 2 tbsp of chocolate milk syrup into a glass, top up with 200ml of whole milk, stirring to create a smooth chocolate milk drink.
