Ingredients
Method- 122g All purpose flour
- 25g deZaan Artisan Black Cocoa powder
- 130g Butter
- 129g Icing Sugar
- 2.5g Vanilla extract
- 93g Eggs
- Sift flour and cocoa powder.
- Cream butter, sugar, vanilla until smooth and light.
- Blend in egg in 3 additions beat until homogenous.
- Fold in flour and mix well.
- Using a 1cm diameter piping tip, pipe the cookies about 3-4cm long and bake at 170 deg C, 8-10 minutes.
