Part 1: Matcha
Ingredients
Method- 1g Matcha Powder
- 57g Hot Water
- 15g Granulated Sugar
- Blend the matcha powder with the sugar and hot water until dissolved.
Part 2: True Gold Sweet Cream
Ingredients
Method- 6g deZaan True Gold Cocoa Powder
- 57g Cream 35% (warm)
- 15g Granulated Sugar
- Blend the cocoa powder and sugar into the warm cream until dissolved and chill.
- Once chilled, whip until thick.
Part 3: Assembly
Ingredients
Method- Ice
- Matcha
- 170g Whole Milk
- True Gold Sweet Cream
- Place the matcha at the base of the serving glass.
- Add the ice to fill 2/3 of the serving glass.
- Gently pour the milk over the ice.
- Gently scoop the True Gold sweet cream to the top. Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
