Part 1: Adonan Cookie
Bahan
Cara Buat- 70g Mentega tawar (Unsalted Butter) - potong dadu
- 40g Gula halus (Icing sugar)
- 1g Garam
- 15g deZaan Artisan Black cocoa powder
- 20g Kacang kenari (sangrai ringan)
- 100g Tepung terigu berprotein rendah (Cake Flour)
- Haluskan mentega dalam stand mixer dengan paddle hingga halus, dan korek pindahkan ke mangkuk.
- Ayak garam dan gula halus, lalu aduk hingga tercampur.
- Campurkan kakao bubuk (cocoa powder) deZaan Artisan Black, tepung terigu dan kacang kenari, lanjutkan diaduk hingga membentuk adonan.
- Bentuk adonan menjadi bola-bola kecil sekitar 10g masing-masingnya.
- Panggang selama 20 menit dengan suhu 160ºC.
Part 2: Bubuk Pelapis Cookies
Bahan
Cara Buat- 30g Gula halus (Icing sugar)
- 30g deZaan Artisan Black cocoa powder
- Campur gula halus dengan deZaan Artisan Black cocoa powder.
Part 3: Untuk Penyajian
Cara Buat- Selagi cookie hangat setelah dipanggang, taburkan campuran bubuk pelapisa (dusting powder).
- Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara sampai siap dinikmati
