Cara BuatHorchata Granita:
- 900g Susu Beras
- 90g Gula
- 1g kayu manis
- 9g Ekstrak Vanila
Susu Oat Cokelat:
- 34g Campuran Cokelat Panas deZaan
- 193g Susu Oat Ekstra Krim
Membangun:
- 115g Horchata Granita
- 227g Susu Oat Coklat
- Campurkan semua bahan Horchata Granita dan haluskan hingga Gula larut.
- Tempatkan dalam wadah besar dan biarkan di dalam freezer.
- Setelah 30 menit, kocok. Ulangi setiap 20-30 menit hingga adonan benar-benar beku dan mengembang. Anda dapat memesan apa adanya dan menyendok per pesanan, atau porsi ke dalam porsi tunggal – 1 cangkir/115g. Tetap beku.
- Panaskan Susu Oat hingga 65°C/149°F.
- Campurkan deZaan Hot Chocolate Mix hingga halus dan dinginkan.
- Saat akan disajikan, masukkan Chocolate Oat Milk dingin ke dalam gelas dingin dan taburi dengan Horchata Granita & Cinnamon.
