Part 1: Kerak Pie Emas Sejati
Bahan
  • 486g Tepung
  • 100g deZaan True Gold Bubuk Kakao
  • 80g Gula Pasir
  • 4g Garam
  • 300 gram tepung kemiri
  • 480g Mentega
  • 150g Air
Cara Buat
  1. Campur semua bahan kering hingga tercampur.
  2. Tambahkan mentega dan air, lalu aduk hingga tercampur.
  3. Istirahatkan adonan selama 30 menit.
  4. Gulung dan cetak cetakan pie.
  5. Panggang buta pada suhu 170ºC/338ºF hingga berwarna cokelat keemasan.

Part 2: Isian Pai Apel
Bahan
  • 1500g Apel (Granny Smith) - kupas dan iris
  • 100g Gula Pasir
  • 100g Kismis (opsional)
  • 2 Kulit Lemon
  • 2 Kulit Jeruk
  • ½ Biji Vanili
  • 2g Kayu Manis Bubuk
  • 3g Garam
Cara Buat
  1. Campur semua bahan jadi satu (hati-hati).
  2. Tambahkan campuran ke kulit pai. Kemas ke tepi kulit pai.
  3. Panggang pada suhu 170ºC/338ºF kira-kira. 30-40 menit.
  4. Dinginkan sepenuhnya sebelum menambahkan meringue dasar 1:1 di atasnya.
  5. Akhiri dengan membakar meringue.
