For the Brownie
Ingredients
Method- 200g- Sugar
- 120g- Rice flour
- 100g – Terra Rossa Cocoa Powder
- 60g – Cocoa Butter (Melted)
- 240g – Butter (Room Temperature)
- 230g – Eggs
- 10g – Vanilla extract
- 3g – Baking powder
1. Cream butter and sugar while drizzling in the melted cocoa butter. Cream until light and aerated. 2. Sift eggs, rice flour, vanilla and cocoa powder well. 3. Beat in the egg mixture into the creamed butter. 4. Fold in the flour mixture until fully incorporated. 5. Pour batter into a 9" rectangular lined mould. 6. Bake in a 160 deg C pre heated oven for 40 mins.
