Cecile Moritel
Cecile Moritel, founder of the Professional Training Center Créations by Cécile, based near Nîmes, in the south of France, is known for her pastry creation, coaching, and consulting. She tends to link her creations with the sweet memories of her childhood years, filled with gourmet cuisine and family pastry.
Cécile started her career as an artist and stylist in the fashion creation business, after graduating with a Master's Degree in Fashion and Creative Arts. However, she continued her education by learning techniques and secrets in Master Classes of famous pastry chefs like Pascal Caffet, Dan Bessoudo, and Jean-Michel Perruchon.
