Cara Buat- 450g Krim Berat
- 400g Susu Murni
- 300g Gula Pasir
- 226g Krim Keju
- 15g Pasta Vanila
- 1g Garam
- 100g [deZaan Carbon Black Cocoa Powder]
- Penstabil Es Krim 1,5g
- Dalam panci berukuran sedang, panaskan krim kental, susu murni, dan pasta vanila.
- Setelah mencapai 68°C/155°F, masukkan gula dan penstabil es krim.
- Tambahkan bubuk kakao Carbon Black dan terus kocok hingga halus.
- Akhiri dengan menambahkan garam.
- Angkat dari api dan saring ke dalam mangkuk.
- Blender keju krim dengan blender tangan hingga halus.
- Biarkan alas menjadi dingin dan matang di lemari es selama 24 jam.
- Putar mesin es krim dan nikmati.
