  • 450g Krim Berat
  • 400g Susu Murni
  • 300g Gula Pasir
  • 226g Krim Keju
  • 15g Pasta Vanila
  • 1g Garam
  • 100g [deZaan Carbon Black Cocoa Powder]
  • Penstabil Es Krim 1,5g
Cara Buat
  1. Dalam panci berukuran sedang, panaskan krim kental, susu murni, dan pasta vanila.
  2. Setelah mencapai 68°C/155°F, masukkan gula dan penstabil es krim.
  3. Tambahkan bubuk kakao Carbon Black dan terus kocok hingga halus.
  4. Akhiri dengan menambahkan garam.
  5. Angkat dari api dan saring ke dalam mangkuk.
  6. Blender keju krim dengan blender tangan hingga halus.
  7. Biarkan alas menjadi dingin dan matang di lemari es selama 24 jam.
  8. Putar mesin es krim dan nikmati.
