Part 1: Sirup coklat
Bahan
  • Bubuk Kakao 35g - Terra Rossa
  • 50 gram gula kastor
  • 3g (1 sdt) Glukosa Cair
  • 150ml Air
Cara Buat
  1. Dalam panci, tambahkan 100ml air, gula dan glukosa cair. Aduk untuk memasukkan bahan.
  2. Panaskan hingga 110ºC (dengan api sedang) berhati-hatilah agar tidak membuat karamel.
  3. Matikan api, tambahkan coklat bubuk dan 50ml air, aduk rata.
  4. Tambahkan campuran kembali ke api. Didihkan kembali sambil terus diaduk untuk membuat pasta yang halus.
  5. Angkat dari api dan tuangkan ke dalam wadah tahan panas. Biarkan dingin sebelum digunakan.
  6. Untuk membuat susu coklat: tambahkan 10ml sirup coklat ke dalam 200ml susu.

  • 2 sdm sirup susu coklat
  • 200ml susu murni
Cara Buat
  1. Masukkan 2 sdm sirup susu coklat ke dalam gelas, tambahkan 200ml susu murni, aduk hingga menghasilkan minuman susu coklat yang lembut.
