Part 1: Sirup coklat
Bahan
Cara Buat- Bubuk Kakao 35g - Terra Rossa
- 50 gram gula kastor
- 3g (1 sdt) Glukosa Cair
- 150ml Air
- Dalam panci, tambahkan 100ml air, gula dan glukosa cair. Aduk untuk memasukkan bahan.
- Panaskan hingga 110ºC (dengan api sedang) berhati-hatilah agar tidak membuat karamel.
- Matikan api, tambahkan coklat bubuk dan 50ml air, aduk rata.
- Tambahkan campuran kembali ke api. Didihkan kembali sambil terus diaduk untuk membuat pasta yang halus.
- Angkat dari api dan tuangkan ke dalam wadah tahan panas. Biarkan dingin sebelum digunakan.
- Untuk membuat susu coklat: tambahkan 10ml sirup coklat ke dalam 200ml susu.
Part 2: Porsi

Cara Buat- 2 sdm sirup susu coklat
- 200ml susu murni
- Masukkan 2 sdm sirup susu coklat ke dalam gelas, tambahkan 200ml susu murni, aduk hingga menghasilkan minuman susu coklat yang lembut.
