Cara Buat- 280g Krim Berat
- 300g Gula Pasir
- Sirup Glukosa 200g
- 70g Madu
- 90g Mentega
- 6g Pasta Vanila
- Garam Laut 8g
- 20g deZaan Crimson Red Bubuk Kakao
- Campurkan krim, gula, glukosa, dan madu dalam panci sedang dan panaskan hingga 121°C/250°F.
- Angkat dari api dan aduk mentega, vanila, dan garam.
- Masukkan bubuk kakao. Tuang karamel ke dalam loyang yang dialasi perkamen dan diamkan hingga mengeras.
- Setelah set, potong-potong 4 x 1,25 cm dan bungkus satu per satu.
