Part 1: Basis Kakao
Bahan
  • 150g Crean Berat
  • 65g Gula Pasir
  • 80g Sirup Glukosa
  • 20g Gula Balik
  • 55g deZaan Crimson Red Bubuk Kakao
  • 1 gram garam
  • 45g Mentega
Cara Buat
  1. Campurkan krim, gula pasir, glukosa, gula invert, dan garam dalam panci kecil. Panaskan di atas api sedang, aduk untuk melarutkan gula.
  2. Angkat dari api dan campur dengan bubuk kakao, diikuti dengan mentega. Dinginkan sampai dibutuhkan.
Part 2: Kakao Panas Beku

  • Basis Kakao 115g
  • 230g Es
Cara Buat
  1. Untuk membuat satu porsi, gabungkan dasar kakao dan es dalam blender. Blender hingga halus.
