Cara Buat- 122g Tepung terigu serbaguna
- 25g deZaan Artisan Black Bubuk Kakao
- 130g Mentega
- 129g Gula halus
- 2.5g Vanilla ekstrak
- 93g Telur
- Ayak tepung terigu dan Artisan black bersama sama.
- Kocok mentega, gula halus, dan vanilla ekstrak hingga mengembang.
- Masukkan telur dengan 3 kali pemasukan, kocok hingga tercampur rata (homogen).
- Masukkan campuran tepung terigu dan aduk rata.
- Gunakan piping tip dengan diameter 1 cm, pipe adonan dengan panjang 3 -4 cm, dan panggang dengan suhu 170 deg C selamat 8 - 10 menit.
