Zutaten
Methode- 95 g – Butter
- 60 g – Zucker
- 15 g – Glukosesirup
- 95 g – Allzweckmehl
- 3g - Backpulver
- 75 g – Molkenproteinpulver
- 135 g – Eier
- 25g – Getrocknete Erdbeeren
- 25g – Mandeln, versilbert (geröstet)
- 22 g – [Deep Russet](https://dezaan.com/id/pro/ingredients/deep-russet „Link to Deep Russet Cocoa Powder“) Kakaopulver
- Nach Bedarf – Kakaomasse
- Butter mit Zucker und Glukosesirup cremig aufschlagen.
- Eier langsam einarbeiten, bis sie homogen sind.
- Sieben Sie alle trockenen Pulver.
- Unter die Sahne-Ei-Butter-Mischung heben, bis zur Homogenität mischen.
- Geröstete Mandeln und getrocknete Erdbeeren unterheben.
- Zu einem Rechteck von 1,5 cm Höhe formen.
- 12 Minuten bei 170 °C backen.
- Zum Garnieren geschmolzene Kakaomasse über die Proteinriegel träufeln.
- Abkühlen und in Scheiben schneiden.
