Part 1: Kakaobasis
Zutaten
Methode- 150 g schwerer Crean
- 65 g Kristallzucker
- 80 g Glukosesirup
- 20 g Invertzucker
- 55 g deZaan Crimson Red Kakaopulver
- 1 g Salz
- 45 g Butter
- Sahne, Kristallzucker, Glukose, Invertzucker und Salz in einem kleinen Topf mischen. Bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen und dabei umrühren, um den Zucker aufzulösen.
- Vom Herd nehmen und das Kakaopulver einrühren, gefolgt von der Butter. Bis zum Bedarf kühl stellen.
Part 2: Gefrorener heißer Kakao
Zutaten
Methode- 115 g Kakaobasis
- 230 g Eis
- Um eine einzelne Portion zuzubereiten, mischen Sie die Kakaobasis und das Eis in einem Mixer. Mischen, bis es glatt ist.
