  • Bawang 300g
  • Wortel 280g (dibersihkan)
  • Tomat segar 80g
  • Seledri 50g
  • Labu butternut 50g
  • Kacang Hitam 200g
  • Haluskan bawang putih 20g
  • Haluskan tomat 45ml
  • Kaldu sayur 380ml
  • Air 380ml
  • Air jeruk nipis 1 buah
  • Saus Worcestershire 20ml
  • Cabai Bubuk 9g
  • Butternut Squash Potong dadu & panggang 100g
  • 10g deZaan True Dark
  • 15g deZaan Rich Terracotta

Vegan Crème Fraiche untuk finishing (digunakan oatly Crème Oat Fraiche)

Cara Buat
  1. Dalam panci besar (dalam), olesi bawang bombay dengan minyak sampai lunak. (panas sedang hingga tinggi)
  2. Tambahkan wortel dan seledri masak hingga berwarna cokelat muda.
  3. Kecilkan api ke api kecil/sedang. Masukkan tomat, labu siam. Mengaduk.
  4. Tambahkan kacang hitam dan bahan lainnya kecuali bubuk kakao.
  5. Masak dengan api kecil hingga kacang matang.
  6. Tambahkan bubuk kakao dan aduk (penambahan bubuk kakao dapat disesuaikan dengan selera pribadi)
  7. Biarkan mendidih selama 10-15 menit lagi.
  8. Pindahkan ke mangkuk saji yang diinginkan dan hiasi dengan kubus butternut squash panggang dan quenelle crème fraiche vegan.
