Bahan
  • 150g Mentega asin (Salted Butter)
  • 225g Gula pasir
  • 50g Kakao Bubuk Terra Rossa
  • 50g Tepung terigu
  • 4g Baking Powder
  • 100g Hazelnut cincang yang sudah dipanggang.
  • 100g (2 butir) Telur
Cara Buat
  1. Panaskan oven hingga 180'C (dengan kipas convection) . Siapakan loyang kotak yang sudah dialasi dengan kerta roti yang dioles dengan sedikit minyak atau mentega.
  2. Lelehkan mentega dengan cara bain-marie, tambahkan gula pasir dan Terra Rossa. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  3. Angkat dari kompor saat mentega sudah meleleh dan sudah tercampur rata dengan gula dan Terra Rossa.
  4. Campurkan seluruh bahan kering dan telur kedalam adonan, aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  5. Tuang adonan brownie ke dalam loyang, ratakan.
  6. Panggang selama 18 menit. Lapisan kulit akan terbentuk di bagian atas namun tekstur brownie tetap "gooey" di bagian bawah.
  7. Setelah matang, keluarkan dari oven. Diamkan selama 20 menit sampai dingin di rak pendingin. Bagi menjadi 12 - 16 potong setelah dingin.
