Untuk Komponen Brownies
Bahan
Cara Buat- 150g Mentega asin (Salted Butter)
- 225g Gula pasir
- 50g Kakao Bubuk Terra Rossa
- 50g Tepung terigu
- 4g Baking Powder
- 100g Hazelnut cincang yang sudah dipanggang.
- 100g (2 butir) Telur
- Panaskan oven hingga 180'C (dengan kipas convection) . Siapakan loyang kotak yang sudah dialasi dengan kerta roti yang dioles dengan sedikit minyak atau mentega.
- Lelehkan mentega dengan cara bain-marie, tambahkan gula pasir dan Terra Rossa. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.
- Angkat dari kompor saat mentega sudah meleleh dan sudah tercampur rata dengan gula dan Terra Rossa.
- Campurkan seluruh bahan kering dan telur kedalam adonan, aduk hingga tercampur rata.
- Tuang adonan brownie ke dalam loyang, ratakan.
- Panggang selama 18 menit. Lapisan kulit akan terbentuk di bagian atas namun tekstur brownie tetap "gooey" di bagian bawah.
- Setelah matang, keluarkan dari oven. Diamkan selama 20 menit sampai dingin di rak pendingin. Bagi menjadi 12 - 16 potong setelah dingin.
