- 150ml Susu Utuh
- 150ml Krim Tunggal
- 40g (Sekitar 2 Besar) Kuning Telur
- Gula Kastor 30g
- Bubuk Kakao 15g – Rich Terracotta
- 4g (1 sdt) Tepung Jagung
Untuk beberapa tambahan crunch sprinle dengan; biji kakao, serpihan cokelat, kacang panggang
- Dalam panci tambahkan susu dan krim dan didihkan.
- Dalam mangkuk tambahkan kuning telur dan gula. Campur secara menyeluruh.
- Ayak bubuk kakao dan tepung jagung ke dalam mangkuk terpisah.
- Masukkan campuran susu panas ke dalam kuning telur (tambahkan 1/4 cairan sekaligus, aduk terus)
- Tambahkan bahan kering ke dalam campuran anglaise (susu dan telur). Campur secara menyeluruh.
- Tambahkan semua bahan kembali ke panci dan didihkan. Biarkan mendidih selama 1 menit saja.
- Matikan api dan tambahkan ke mangkuk yang diinginkan. Bisa disajikan panas atau dingin.
