Cara Buat- 454g Wortel
- 10g deZaan Rich Terracotta
- 5g Garam
- 10g Minyak Zaitun Ekstra Virgin
- 4g Paprika Asap
- Rebus wortel selama 1 menit dan masukkan ke dalam penangas es.
- Keringkan wortel.
- Campur dengan sisa bahan dan letakkan di loyang yang dialasi kertas oarchment.
- Panggang pada suhu 190oC/375oF selama sekitar 12-15 menit, aduk hingga setengah matang.
Part 2: Ricotta kocok
Bahan
Cara Buat- 454g Keju Ricotta
- 3g Garam
- 2 gram Lada Hitam
- Dalam blender, haluskan semua bahan hingga halus.
- Simpan dalam keadaan dingin.
Part 3: Perakitan
Bahan
Cara Buat- Pistachio Panggang
- Minyak Zaitun Ekstra Virgin
- Cuka Balsamik
- Garam laut
- Oleskan ricotta kocok di tengah piring.
- Letakkan wortel panggang di atasnya. Taburi dengan reduksi balsamic dan taburan pistachio panggang yang dihancurkan.
- Taburi wortel dengan minyak zaitun extra virgin dan taburan garam laut.
