  • 590g Air
  • 118g Sirup Glukosa
  • 442g Gula Pasir

  1. Campurkan semua bahan dalam panci dan panaskan untuk melarutkan gula.
Part 2: Haluskan jambu mete
Bahan
  • 200g Kacang Mete Mentah
  • 500g Air
Cara Buat
  1. Campurkan kacang mete dan air dalam panci dan didihkan, lalu kecilkan api. Masak selama kurang lebih 30 menit, sampai kacang mete empuk.
  2. Tiriskan kacang mete, sisakan cairan rebusannya.
  3. Haluskan kacang mete dengan cairan yang sudah dicairkan hingga sangat halus. Anda dapat menambahkan lebih banyak air jika diperlukan untuk mendapatkan pasta yang dapat dioleskan. Saring purenya.

  1. Campur semua bahan jadi satu dan saring.
  2. Aduk menjadi sorbet di mesin es krim.
