Bahan
Cara Buat- 60g Susu
- 6g Air
- 1g Garam
- 1,5 gram Gula Pasir
- 56g Mentega
- 58g Tepung
- 10g deZaan Rich Terracota Bubuk Kakao
- 112g Telur
- Gula Mutiara (untuk taburan)
- Biji Kakao (untuk hiasan)
- Didihkan susu, air, garam, gula, dan mentega.
- Ayak tepung terigu dan bubuk kakao deZaan.
- Masukkan ke dalam panci berisi bahan basah dan aduk hingga tercampur.
- Masak hingga teksturnya kering seperti adonan.
- Pindahkan ke mangkuk pencampur. Aduk dengan kecepatan rendah menggunakan paddle attachment.
- Tambahkan telur sedikit demi sedikit, cek teksturnya agar mengkilat dan membentuk huruf V setelah adonan diangkat dari adonan.
- Pipa bulat 1,5 cm (ujung #6).
- Taburkan gula mutiara dan biji kakao di atasnya.
- Panggang pada suhu 160ºC/320ºF selama 11 menit (ventilasi hingga 50-75%).
